She's Here! Alyssa Kate Lesho

She's Here, and we couldn't be more thrilled! Sweet baby Alyssa Kate Lesho joined us October 11, 2011, at 8:53am, weighing 6 lbs 9 oz, and measuring 18.5 in long. We couldn't be more in love with this little bundle! She was born with lightening speed, thankfully, and is awesome. She's a great little eater and sleeper these days. As a matter of fact, she eats all too well, about every 2 hrs. Which has made for a few long nights, but well worth it! This little one is sweet, sweet, and we are so in love!

We made it to AZ

We finally made it to AZ. A very bitter sweet move for the Leshos, but here we are, getting ready for Baby Girl Lesho and frantically trying to put the house together and get situated before the appearance of our little girl. We have been here for almost a month now and are finally starting to get the house roped into order.
This has not been an easy job for us, as this little girl acts like she wants to come play early. She's almost 36 weeks which will now put us into the range of GO-Time, and we are greatful she's waited this long. Maybe one more week, just for safe keeping?? This however, has put a damper on my moving abilities. The docs say I need to kick my feel up and relax. Sounds good right? Well, with a 2 1/2 year old little Texas tornado on the loose, (and a housefull of boxes) can put a Mommy into panic mode.
But with the help of my hunky hubby and some great friends, I have been able to relax all weekend! Whoo-hoo! The doctors would be proud, and you know I aim to please! So I am kicked back watching some College football and thinking that the docs do what they're talking about when they order rest. No contractions, hmmm, should have listened earlier? Anywho, at least we've just about settled on her name, so she can now make her grand appearance any time now. Daddy says she needs to wait until after his check rides are done (and probably another weekend of football) but the doc said she would be highly surprised if I made it back on Friday. These kiddos have a mind of their own, so she may try to make a liar out of us and wait for October.
We will keep you posted! Until next time!

2 Things I love

Whenever I get the chance, I love a good tractor ride. It's my FAVORITE thing to do when I head to see Granna and Papa! But even better, is getting a good long ride with my Daddy on the tractor. Oh yah!

The Lesho Skinny

It's that time again, time for a move, time for a change. I guess when it rains it pours because we are most likely headed back to Tucson end of July or August. We had hoped we would stay put for a few years, but it looks like God has other plans for us. After months of prayers we decided it would be best for the fam to head back west.

This doesn't necessarily come to us as perfect timing, but sometimes it seems to me that when you pray God answers. It just may not be the answer you want or the timing that you want. Maybe I will get a little more specific next time :) But honestly when we look at the big picture it couldn't come at a better time. We still have our house in Tucson and the renters moved out in June. Which means we'll be able to move right in upon arrival to our new home. That and Baby Lesho is due in October, so at least we can get somewhat settled into the house before her arrival.

Keep us in your prayers. We really love Valdosta are having some heartache over packing up our wagon train and heading for browner land :) Our family is close here in GA and we absolutely couldn't have asked for a better community for our family than Valdosta, GA. It has truely been a blessing living here in this wonderful community. Maybe I'll start asking God to move us back in a couple of years, hey, it can't hurt to ask right :)
