Today our littlest stinker is one and a half! It's hard to believe that is even possible! He has become quite a little independent fella! He loves his big brothers more than anything and always wants to be doing what they are. He is into ANY drawer or cabinet he can get access to and will not often be found empty handed! He loves blankets, sheets, dishtowels, or any other "cloth" item he finds! He's often found pulling it around or putting it on his head and neck (like a cape). We even caught him with some of the boys underwear around his neck today! He loves being outdoors playing in water or dirt. He loves to eat but is starting to demonstrate a little bit of pickiness. He is definitely all boy and already enjoys "vrooming" cars around and giving high-fives! Unlike his brothers who had a mouth-full of teeth by now, Micah still only has 6. I'm sure the rest will all decide to come in at the same time! ;-) Here is a list of the words he can say:
Mama
Dada
NiNi
Car
Ball
Book
Shoe
Thank you
Please
Bubble
Cracker (which is the term used for pretty much ANY food item)

I feel like there are more but can't think of them right now*
I think of all 3 boys he has been the most apprehensive towards new or unfamiliar people. He's doing better in the nursery at church but still demonstrates some separation anxiety. He loves songs and dancing and particularly enjoys singing the "E-I-E-I-O" part of Old MacDonald. We feel so blessed that this once scrawny premature baby is so healthy and vibrant today! He brings so much added joy to our family.
And proof that he is into EVERYTHING these days...
