Last Saturday, on the 13th, the twins turned 1! It's crazy how fast it has gone. One year ago I popped out twins and now in just a few weeks number 3 is going to be here as well...just insanity pretty much. They have their 12 month check up in October, but we did go to our WIC appointment and they weighed and measured them there. Nick was 21 lbs 15 oz. and Eric was just one ounce less (a first! Nicholas has always been the smaller one!) Eric was 30 inches and Nick was 29 and 6/8...so pretty much the same. I expected them to weigh a little more, and putting them in clothes right now is kind of tricky...they are too long for 12 months, too short and skinny for 18 months...I need some like...15 month clothes. Anywho, I have some camera troubles, I left it in the diaper bag and then some bottles decided to leak all over it and now the LCD screen on the back does not work and you don't even realize how much you use that thing until you don't have it. I can't tell if it's in focus or anything and so my pictures are coming out all retarded. I did manage to get some good pictures of their Mickey Mouse cake and a video or two! SO here they are!
Didn't it turn out so cute!? It's all pretty much thanks to my mother-in-law's cake decorating skills.
I'm going to try to get some good one year old pics of them...they have colds right now and I just let them hang out in their pjs today, so maybe tomorrow. The only other updates are that I got new glasses, so I'm thinking I should get Ryan to get a picture of me and the glasses and the bump...since I haven't done any bump pics. Anyways, love you all!
This is them during naptime...it's almost like when you see a cat napping and you get jealous and think, what on earth could you possibly be so exhausted from!?
