Snow Day...

I love that we live in a place with seasons!

There's nothing quite like the first "big" snow...

My kids were in heaven!

They built snow forts...

 Libby barely fit in hers...

Zack, Noah & Tyler...

 Sophie loves the snow...

 She plays out there for hours!

Libby is so good with her!

Then they moved on to sledding & snowboarding down our hill...

It's more fun with Christmas lights up...

 These boys have been doing this everyday after school!

Winter has arrived!!

Zack's A Super Nova....

Zack participated in the N.O.V.A Program at school.  

A police officer comes & teaches the kids about making good choices in life.  They also teach them about the affects of drugs too.  Zack wrote an essay & went a whole week without any media.  

We went to the awards program, but had to leave about 15 minutes early for an orthodontist appointment.  At the end, the police officer picks one student that they think should receive the

 "Super Nova" award....Zack was picked!  

We were so sad we had to leave early & miss it, but we still got a picture.

I'm so proud of him!  Keep up the good work, Zack!

Grandma's Birthday...

My mom turned "71" this year...

 She had canceled Sunday dinner because she would already be cooking Thanksgiving dinner that week, so we had my parents over for dinner.

 My mom loves Tinkerbell & so does Sophie!

She helped grandma blow out the candles...

 I love you Mom!  

You're still my best friend after all of these years!!

Enjoying The Last Of Fall...

The last few days of fall were beautiful!

 After we finished cleaning up all of the leaves, it was time for some fun!

We feel a little more ready for winter now, I've been raking & mowing leaves for weeks!
