Schools out!!!

Sophie just finished her first year of preschool this week. She loved it! Tuesday's and Thursday's couldn't come fast enough for her at our house. Luckily next year she will get to go 3 days. Miss Kristen is Sophie's new Hero. She will be missed.

hello....it's been a while

Yes, we are alive. I have nearly given up blogging but hope to slowly update.
If anyone is even out there anymore??


Our Easter this year was fun! It was full of lots and lots of Easter Egg hunts, plently of candy and beautiful weather... a perfect Easter! I love this time of year.





As soon as Graham picked up this football looking egg he immediately strating playing football with it. He is ALL boy!

We went to Jackson Hole with my family while visiting. Sophie was a little disappointed when we arrived..she thought Jackson Hole was a person and not a location. After explaining to her it was a vacation she was excited and a little confused.
It was the perfect vacation- we enjoyed the beautiful moutains, the crisp fresh air, the amazing weather, golfed golfed and golfed, stayed in fabulous cabin, relaxed and had fun just being together. It wasn't the same without Corey, Alisa and Miss Elsie.

I laughed everytime I would put graham up to eat...he looked like a little king at this massive table.

We visited the sweetest candy store...sophie was in love (let's be honest we all were happy little kids). We got some yummy treats and had fun looking at all the candy we grew up on.

My sweet mother-in-law got me and Nicole tickets to see Josh Turner while we were visiting. He was playing at the layton amphitheather and we had 3rd row seats. It was so much fun! I love going to concerts with my sweet mother-in-law she is so much fun and now I have a love for Josh...that deep voice, smile and southern accent. What a man! Thanks Ann!

Graham is one

While we were in UT Graham turned 1 on july 31st. It was fun to celebrate his first birthday with family. We gave him a baseball birthday party outside with homemade ice cream. I love summer birthday's!!
Here are some things about Graham:
-ironically graham crackers are his favorite treat
-loves any kind of ball
-still is a mama's boy
-is one tough baby (never cries when he falls, gets shots or when his sweet sister hits him).
-loves dogs..he pants like one any time he spots one.
-always wants to be doing what his sister is doing.
-is one sweet little boy!

trip to U T A H

We were happy to leave the TN heat and go to Utah for almost a month. We had so much fun...never enough time to see everyone or do everything but we still enjoyed our visit.



Sophie couldn't wait to get out in the garden with my mom each morning to help her water and weed.

nothing better than a beautiful rainbow next to the mountains....oh how I love thee Utah.

Summer's over...back to blogging

yes, sadly summer is offically over. So if you have given up on me as a blogger I don't blame you. I'm trying to catch up...
