portland, OR

We took a little trip to Portland to look into some jobs. We had a great time! It was a little rough getting to portland (flight drama) not Graham he was great just cancelations and what not, but we finally made it a day later and got to enjoy the beaufitul city of Portalnd. We stayed downtown in a fun area with plenty of shopping to keep me content. We also enjoyed some yummy restaurants. Plus the best part was seeing our sweet friends the Ben & Megan and Andy & Rachel. It was so fun to see both of them. Thanks for letting us see you guys!

The Portland temple was truly beautiful. I could have stayed on the temple grounds for hours.

three months

sweet graham was offically 3 months old on halloween. I can't believe how fast he is growing. He is so much fun! He is smiling all the time and just started to giggle...we can't get enough of that sweet sound. He recently started rolling over and is getting pretty good at grabbing things (it's sweet to watch him concentrate). Sophie can't get enough of him. She loves to squeeze him (sometimes a little too tight) and when he cries she sings a song called best buddies...pretty much all she sings is best buddies....best buddies.....best buddies. It is too cute! We are LoViNG both ages of our kids right now.

Halloween...boo!

We had a fun Halloween. The night before we carved pumpkins and had homemade hot chocolate. Then on Halloween we went to Pumpkin Fest during the day in downtown Franklin (which is one of my favorite things..it full of all these fun activites for FREE) Sophie had a blast! That night we went to the Critchlow's for Chili then headed out for some trick-or-treating. It was perfect weather, a little cool..felt just like fall. The best part was when people would ask Sophie what she was for Halloween she would say" A titty tat." She was a cute Kitty Cat and enjoyed every minute of it! Graham enjoyed his ride in the stroller...maybe next year he'll get some candy.

fall fun

We have been enjoying everything about fall..the weather, the leafs, the chunky clothing and all the fun activities. This week we made carmel apples with the Critchlow's and went to Gentry Farms where we picked pumpkins, went on a hayride and did some fun activities.

2 months and growing

graham was offically 2 months old on Wednesday...What! Where has the time gone? We took him in for his 2 month check-up and here are his stats-

13.6 lbs - 90% weight

23 1/2 inches long - 75% height

with an average size head

What? where did this big baby come from? Sophie was always in the 5th and 10th percent for weight, so this is just so funny to us. He is so sweet and just perfect! He just started to smile..which to us is the very best sight, and has been making all kinds of sweet noises (I truly think he says "hi"). He is such a strong boy and can hold his head up for quite a long time. We are having so much fun with this sweet baby! We love you graham!

a little trip...

We took a short trip to Utah a week ago and like always it went by to fast, we did manage to get some fun things in. We went to my brother Derek's bands concert (double or nothing) it was so fun and I am loving their new stuff, me and Ben went up to Boise for a little trip and stayed with some friends, we celebrated Ben's 30th birthday with his good friends and then with family and we got to see sweet little Mckell at 5 days old. It was a fun trip but like always way too short.




they are 6 1/2 weeks upart...I think graham looks like he'll be able to take care of her.

My mom found this tiger costume that we wore for Halloween as kids and soph was obsessed with it, I think she was a tiger everday we were in Utah. She would remind us that she was a nice tiger however.

graham's blessing

We were visiting in Utah last week and thought it was perfect timing to bless little graham. So we did! It worked out great, we blessed him at Ben's parents home and had a small gathering of family. It was perfect.. beautiful blessing, family and yummy food. Graham was so sweet! I'm glad we blessed him when we did because he barely fit into his blessing outfit. The boy sure is GROWING!

1 Month

Graham is 1 month old..(well he was on Monday) and I can't get over how fast it has gone by. He is the sweetest baby, and so GOOD! We are lovining everything about him- his little squeels, tiny feet and cuddly little body.

Sophie is loving having a baby around, she loves to show him all of her toys, rub his head, tickle him, wake him up from his naps and continue to tell me how to take care of him. The other day I came into the room and she had put both of her "graham babies" with him to keep him company. I think she is going to be a very involved big sister.
