Talus Rocks

Last week we went on a nice hike out in Issaquah on the Talus Rocks trail.

The beautiful PNW outdoors never disappoints.

The kids did great despite the distance and elevation.

Ada insisted on her own signature hiking gear.



Jay just stared up into the trees when he wasn't sleeping in the carrier.

Good times.

Spring Ball

Another year of Little League baseball has come and gone. This year was especially fun because I volunteered to be one of Seth's coaches. It was really great to get to share his season with him (at least for me).

It got a little tough with my work schedule, especially on day games after night shifts (zombie coach), but it was worth it. Seth is becoming a really good little player.

It was a fun season and I'm kinda sad it's over. Still a lot of catch and batting practice to be done this summer I'm sure.
