Jon: Is currently serving as the Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for our Ward. I guess after 6 years of serving in the YM Presidency they figured he needed a break. He is still is surveying for D.R.Griffin and Associates. He is coming up on 5 years since his stroke on April 14. He had a recent check-up where they did a new MRI. The Brain Damage is the same so no changes there. Which is good cause it means nothing has caused more damage. They changed his seizure meds at the request of his wife and children cause we couldn't handle the frequent mood changes. He seems to be doing well with the new meds. Mostly he enjoys wrestling with the two boys and teaching them things Mommy probably wishes he wouldn't. ;) He works hard to provide for us and is such a good Husband, friend, and Daddy.
Bridger: Just turned 5 in March. I can't believe it. The time has gone by so fast. He starts Kindergarten in August, and although he is ready. Mommy is not! :( He is the biggest sweet heart you have ever met. He has such empathy for others. He loves Dinosaurs and Dragons. He is a good big brother to Branson and loves to help anyway he can. He loves the color orange. Which makes things fun cause everything has to be orange. We go shopping and we have to buy things just because it has an orange tag or is orange. Even if its laundry soap. Then if it has the Letter B and is Orange its a done deal. He loves his teachers in Primary and singing. He sings all the time.
Me: Really what I said in the beginning is pretty much true. I spend my days chasing my Boys all three of them. :) Yes Jon is a boy. I'm still serving as 1st counselor in the Primary Presidency going on 3 years. I'm also the Primary representative over the Scouts. I'm still Crossing at the school. Which will be nice cause that's the school Bridger will go to in the Fall. I did just have surgery. A hysterectomy in fact. I have been having difficulties in that area. After much praying and fasting we received the answer that it was time to be done having children. So I am still getting used to the idea that Jock straps and Cars will be my life. Boy Scouts and Missionaries. I'm hoping I can help them prepare as much as possible. After spending all those years in YW's and Girls Camp. I feel like I'm in a new world with Boy Scouts. But it will be good and anew challenge for me. Well I hope that kinda somes up what life has been for us lately. I hope everything is well for all of you.
