Kristi let me borrow the beautiful bedding that my mom made for Cade and Bailey. I was thrilled to use it!

I painted a little table, too, to use next to the rocker.

The Waiting Game

I have gotten a little behind on my blogging because I've been busy getting ready for Callie's arrival. My mom came to visit this last week for her spring break, and I cannot tell you how HUGE of a blessing she was! She helped me (or rather I helped her) get so many things organized and ready for Callie that I really feel like we're completely ready. It was such a nice break from being alone, and of course, she had a ton of motherly wisdom and energy that I don't have right now.

I had my last ultrasound yesterday, and everything is looking great. Callie's head is down but not in the perfect position so my dr. gave me an exercise to do to maybe help her move a little. Her estimated weight right now is 7 lb. 1 oz. and all her measurements are little ahead of schedule. There is about a 2 week error given this late in the game because ultrasounds get less and less accurate the further along you get so we'll just have to wait and see. The dr. said she looks long and lean, which is no surprise considering her daddy, but that could all change in the next few weeks if she stays put. At this point, she's only going to be putting on the chunk, and I can't wait to kiss it! The dr. said that she is practicing breathing, which only the healthiest babies do, so that is great news! We are hoping she can hold on until her daddy and grandma make it back before she arrives. Please PRAY!!!

I am still feeling great, possibly starting to waddle a little if I've been on my feet too long but no swelling (Although my face looks like it is, I think it's just wt. gain. Boo to that!) or pains at this point. Here are my 9 month pictures, which were actually taken the day before my 37th week began. I am now 37 and 1/2 weeks.
