Well, I'm finally back from my hiatus from blogging. Charlie did a great job helping out while I was taking my break. I can't imagine the hate mail we would have received if he had not posted. Thanks, Honey!

Thanks, Nicole, for the precious tutu you made!
She loves her Grandma! It's probably gas but unbelievably cute, none the less!

Friends, this is us leaving the hospital. My video uploads look messed up on my computer, but maybe it will look normal to you.

Callie's First hair wash
Grandma giving Callie some lovin' before her bath and vaccines.
The team minus Cheryl. Dr. Zaid on the left and our RN, Rumiko on the right they were both incredible all day. Of course the star of the show in the middle. Her little hands hadn't even turned pink yet here, she was only about 10 minutes old. Posted by Kelsey at 8:51 AM 14 comments
Friends and family,
Today is Kelsey's due date and she is having contractions already, about 3-5 minutes apart! If this continues for another half hour or so, we are gonna head to the hospital. Please pray for us and we will keep you posted on here or via email/texts.

More like a precious baby girl but Charlie really likes that new Brad Paisley song, and I thought it was appropriate because that's how I feel right now. We are just waiting for something to happen. It is the wierdest feeling to know you are about to go through one of the most significant events in your life and not have any idea when it's going to happen. I guess that's part of the excitement!
We had another dr. appt. yesterday, and there wasn't much progression from last week. Last Thursday, I was 80% effaced, no dilation, and this week my Dr. said I am 80-90% effaced and still no dilation. She doesn't think Callie has dropped yet either. I think she may have moved down a little because my trips to the ladies' room have become more frequent, but I don't think she's dropped much either.
Overall, I'm feeling really good and have not reached the "miserable" state that a lot of moms say they are in at the end. I am just enjoying the time that Charlie and I have to spend together before our lives turn upside down (in an amazing way!). Tonight we are going on what will probably be our last date before Callie arrives, and tomorrow my mom will get here so then we'll really start all those "naturally inducing" methods. My next blog will probably be to announce the birth of Callie Dianne!!!
We are going to try to shoot out an email or text when I go into labor because I know a lot of you want to know, and we would greatly appreciate prayers that everything goes smoothly with the delivery.
We can't wait to meet our baby girl!!!!
