Sister Time on the Kayaks

My sister, Shug, came early Thursday morning (6-26-15) for coffee with me on the kayaks.  Absolute bliss...

"Shanty-on-the-New"

Shug (my sister) and I had THE BEST TIME camping at our brother, Denson's, New River property.  We only had two nights and two days, and we made those minutes count:  We ate often and a lot :), rode bicycles, and took the kayaks out with the float boat, all the while talking non-stop.  We enjoyed getting to spend some time with our sister-in-law, Vickie, and our nephew and his wife, Travis and Crystal.  Thanks again, guys, for the salads for dinner.  They were great, and it was so fun to see you.  :) 

Den has earned the Host of the Year award for smiling through our constant chatter, acting as our tour guide, and shuttle operator.  We had a blast, and hope it didn't take Den too long to recover from his sisters' silliness.  Shug and I can hardly wait for our next trip to kayak the River and bicycle on the New River Trail.
