I remade my professional site so now most of the information that was on this page is irrelevant lol

I do cool things on the internet, namely around security, networking, distributed systems, and automation. If you've heard of me before it was probably from Matrix, or you've used something I've contributed to (which is a lot of things).

I'm a 19 year old programmer from England and I enjoy making things. I also love sandbox games and sci-fi movies, and my favourite board game has to be monopoly (chess is a close contender but I have the tactical prowess of a soggy biscuit). I'm also basically always listening to music, scrobblers for which are linked above.

I'm currently working on the following pretty cool things:

Continuwuity - a community-driven Matrix Rust-powered homeserver implementation, forked off of conduwuit
Hammerhead - another Matrix homeserver implementation built from-scratch in Golang utilising the mautrix-go SDK
Meowlnir - an opinionated moderation bot for Matrix that sits close to the homeserver and provides simple moderation services such as policy list following with a hint of server administration, used by the likes of Beeper. (I didn't make this, just a frequent contributor)
resolvematrix - a command-line and library written in python that aids in resolving and contacting Matrix servers as both a server and client.
matrix-invite-logger - a Matrix self-bot that records incoming invites for one or multiple accounts, and optionally enforces policy list checks on them. Generally superseded by MSC4155 (Invite Filtering) now.
Washing Machine Bot - a Discord bot I wrote to track the state of, and receive notifications for my washing machine. See the blog post about how I hacked my washing machine to make this bot!

I'm currently a full-time student studying a bachelor's in computer science, as such I don't really get a whole lot of free time, but hopefully you think some of those things are impressive or cool.
