This is what happens when you put a canvas bag over your head and try to walk around the house. You run into the piano and split your lip.

Kolby built Landry a fort. Landry really enjoyed being in his fort.

Landry eats baby food now. He has not cared for the fruits and veggies much. That is until he discovered squash and sweet potatoes.

Aunt Mandy decided last Friday, at about 2:00, to fly up and see us from Las Vegas. She didn't even have time to go home from work and pack a bag. Mandy went straight from work to the airport. She was in Bellingham by about 7:00. It was such a great surprise. We had a lot of fun with her. The highlight of our weekend was going to the roller rink in Lynden on Saturday night. Mandy wants everyone to know that she roller skated for three hours! Kolby has turned into quite the roller skater. This was his fourth time. The other three times have been on field trips. He is really doing great. Kolby even does the hokey pokey and limbo on roller skates. This was Addie's first time at the roller rink. She loved it but was really nervous. Mandy went home on Sunday night. We are so glad that she came.

More snow, wind and no school!!

Yesterday, we got snow again. It is a lot for up here. The wind started after the snow storm. The wind and snow forced a school closure today. I think Kolby might possibly be going to school until July. Unfortunately, the wind will prevent anyone from playing in the snow today.

Yes, Landry is dang cute!!

Kolby needed basketball shoes for the upcoming basketball season. This picture is for Uncle Trace. Shaq basketball shoes. They are now his regular shoes as well. While buying the basketball shoes we found his regular shoes were destroyed. Holes in the soles and everything. Apparently, Kolby is hard on shoes. He has only had them for three months. We are not Shaq fans but the shoes look cool and they were on a huge clearance - so they were cheap. Kolby thinks they are very cool. For Mandy, Stacey and Sara... I had Kolby pull up his pants so you can see the shoes. His pants are not too short on him. Give me a little credit.

More Christmas train ride fun!

We had a great visit with Grandpa Tom, Grandma Lynne and Grammy. They arrived last Thursday and went home early Tuesday morning. Tyler, Kolby and Addie had to make a last minute trip to Seattle to pick them up. Their plane in Boise was delayed and they missed their connecting flight from Seattle to Bellingham. On Friday the girls had a "tea party" at Lynden's Cup of Tea. The boys ate at Nuthouse. Saturday was spent at the Bellingham aquarium, boardwalk and the Christmas train ride in Birch Bay. We also had a pre New Year's Eve dinner at Homestead. Everyone except Landry and I went to Canada on Monday. They saw Night at the Museum on the Imax. It was a hit. That evening we had dinner with the new sister missionaries and enjoyed the nanaimo bars Tyler picked up in Canada.

Landry started rolling over on December 28th. We discovered his first tooth Monday night and his second tooth on Tuesday. They are on the bottom, in the middle and right next to each other.

Addie spent Tuesday in her room watching her new Strawberry Shortcake DVD over and over and over and over again. She also played with her toys and ate Christmas candy.
