Merry Christmas...

I'm waiting for my main man Koleman Kyle to go to sleep so Santa can stop by our house.. and my heart is full!
I'm so grateful for this time of year!
I'm grateful for my little family and my BIG family!

Today I sat Kiptyn up on my legs and noticed her starting to coo and smile!

I looked back to find Tyrel's rope, hat and a picture collage of him! of course she would be smiling!
I'm so grateful for the special spirit Kiptyn has brought into our home!
I'm grateful for her Uncle Tyrel!

A Precious Baby!

As stressful as it is having a newborn and trying to get ready for Christmas.. It is fun and exciting! Especially because I get to take all kinds of cute pictures with stockings and cute hats..  

 

 Love these kiddos.. They make Christmas extra special!

1 Month

 So I have this month old baby..

 

 

I took her to the post office to get weighed she was 10 lbs 1 oz (but that was with her clothes on so i'm guessing she's almost 10 lbs)

 

She can hold her head up pretty dang good

 

She loves to be swaddled

 

She is a binki baby for sure

 

Her favorite time of day is bath time

 

She sleeps really good at night! She only wakes up about 2 to 3 times to eat

 

She loves when her brother is super loud... NOT!

 

She is quite the onery child! You have to pry smiles out of her, she would rather be crying! :) ...

But we love her anyway!

 

 

 

She is a pretty one, but just for fun!..a picture of her real personality! :) hehe

Big Brother

Koleman loves his baby sister SO much! He loves having her tickle his hand and face! He loves to hold her! One day he held her for a half hour while I did the dishes and cleaned up! The best was one day when we were driving home, sister was screaming, koleman was getting super frustrated because he was trying to go to sleep so he yells..

 "SHE NEEDS HER BINKI MOM"

haha such a big helper! :)

 

 

Can't forget that Kiptyn is screaming her eyes out in this pic and Koleman is grinning from ear to ear.. He loves to make her cry! .. ALREADY!

A trip to see the Big Guy! ...

We went to my mom's ward Christmas Party last week! It was a lot of fuN! Koleman got to "SHAKE A JINGLE BELL" (he was pretty excited) and see Santa!! and of course Kiptyn just looked real cute! :)

 

Her shirt says "who needs Santa I've got Grandparents"


 

He was SO excited when Santa walked in! I loved it!

 

Koleman was pretty nervous to talk to Santa! He wouldn't crack a smile then as soon as we put baby sister on his lap he lit up! He told Santa he wants a red bike and baby sister wants a dolly! and he said Yeah i'm a good boy when he asked him... don't know bout that! :)

and an incredibly hot AMAZE BALLS husband!..

 Although I'm running on about 2 hrs of sleep, my house is generally a wreck and any kind of a groove is non existent,  I shouldn't complain...

 life could be alot worse!

 Kiptyn does sleep, sometimes! Koleman is happy, sometimes! and Trevor is amaze balls, sometimes hehe!

2 Weeks!

 

Kiptyn is almost 3 weeks now but this post is better later than never right?!

 

Stats

Weight: 8 lbs

Height: 20 1/2 in

 she shrunk a 1/2 inch.. yikes! I guess her cone head added that extra 1/2 inch haha

 

*This little girl is COMPLETELY opposite of her big brother it is so crazy to me! I was actually suprised at her stats being so close to what Kolemans were because they have totally different body shapes! It still kills me how dark she is, but I love it!

*She is her Daddy's twin

*I thought she was going to be really easy going, but I was WRONG! She knows what she wants, when she wants it and if she doesn't get it, she gets MAD!

*My sister figured out her favorite hold now called "the Kali hold" when all else fails she usually is content in the Kali hold! All swaddled up, laying on her side with her binks!

*Her little mouth moves super fast and she eats the air while almost turning inside out when she's hungry! Love watching this

* I've gotten a few smiles from her, I can't wait until they become more frequent!

*She has rolled from her back to her side from day 1. The other day she rolled completely over to her belly while laying on the couch, I freaked out, but Trev reassured me it was because she was on an angle.. Fun Hater!
