At Christmas time Pax made his first snowman. He was very excited and enjoyed playing in the snow and sledding. I think his little friend melted the next day!

Meeting baby Todd

Erika's family came up from San Diego at the end of January and we got to meet baby Todd for the first time. He is such a sweet little guy who smiles all the time. He used to demand to be marched around a lot, but by the end of his trip just started relaxing and calming down a lot more. Can't wait to see him again soon!

One day Paxton got dressed like this (boots on wrong feet), grabbed his baseball glove, a Sam's Club cup, and his "briefcase" and told me he was going to work.

This is how he feels about it.

Friday night picnic

We had another picnic at the park, but this time Todd came too. The first highlight was finding a grasshopper on the picnic bench. Paxton is too scared to touch it so he got a stick and still would only pretend to touch it with the stick. Caleb loved watching the bikers go by and just say on the table watching (and eating our food). We also saw a helicopter right above us, and Paxton kept running from far away into Todd's arms. He got really sweaty because of it. I can't believe it is still in the 80's here and we are able to do things like this and not be cold.

Picnic at the Park

Todd went camping the other night, so the boys and I decided to have a picnic at the park. We went and bought a sandwich before hand and enjoyed the cooler weather. Paxton got to feed the ducks (only a little bit since we used part of the bread off the sandwich). Caleb sat in the stroller just sucking his thumb most of the time. He loved Paxton getting his head through the little peep hole. He also loved the mini oreos that Pax fed him. We are going to have to do this more often since it was so nice.

Fairytale Town

One of Paxton's favorite things to do at Fairtale Town is water the plants. He was doing a really good job of not getting his feet wet. He is starting to figure out that he should water the plants that aren't drowning in water from other kids.

Did you know that you can update your blogger and it makes it so much easier to post now? You can also arrange your pictures easily and enlarge them as well, so I am playing around with it.

Baseball game

Todd won 2 tickets to the River Cats game from his work back in August. We all were going to go, but Todd got sick so Pax and I went on a date to the game. He was ready to leave before it even began.

I tricked him into staying by buying him a sno cone (which are not good when you have previously been spoiled by Matsumoto’s). He was happy and paid attention to the game for a little bit and then we saw Dinger the mascot. The rest of the night was spent keeping an eye out for him. Dinger had a spider on a fishing pole and was dangling it near fans and Paxton was getting a kick out of it.

We ended up giving up on watching the game and walked around to try to find Dinger. Paxton was thrilled when we found him and got to give him a high five.

Zoo with my parents

My parents came to visit for 2 days and we went to the zoo, to the splash park, out to eat, on walks. Here are some pictures from the zoo.

Paxton saw the giraffes licking wood poles so he decided to try it out on the fence. Also, Pax and my mom could have watched the monkeys for forever. They loved watching them.
