We had Tom's parents over for dinner last night. It was so fun to sit and visit and eat yummy food! I'm so blessed to have such loving and caring in-laws! I've heard so many horror stories! I love how they're decked out in their Broncos gear! Go Broncos!

I love this time of year!!

I just love Christmas! Tom and I were able to get our very first Christmas tree this year. Going to pick it out and then setting it all up was so fun! We figured out that we hadn't put the tree stand together correctly when it came toppling down on top of me while we were decorating. So we had quite a time figuring that out, but it wouldn't be as fun if there wasn't a little bit of adventure in there somewhere! I have to figure out how to put pictures on in the right order!

These pictures are from our wonderful time in Colorado! We were finally able to squeeze in some time to take my nephews Taylor and Barry Michael fishing. Tom LOVES to fish and would do it every day if he could. So it was fun to take family and share the beauty! My mom is a mega camper! She takes everything and is always so prepared. When Tom and went alone for the first time we forgot matches, among other very important things!! It was a learning experience for us! Never go camping without your mom!!!

This is Tom and I on a dinner cruise in Chicago! It was so fun! Tom was sent there for work and I couldn't help but to tag along! Going to a new, huge city was quite an experience for both of us country folks!

We're new to this!!

Yay, I'm just trying to figure all this out but I'm way excited! I just love looking at everyone else's blogs and learning all about their families!

Tom and I are living in Farmington, NM. We just bought our very first house and are so excited! We're both working for San Juan County, him in Human Resources and I'm in the Assessor's Office. We're enjoying it so far. We love to spend time with our friends and family that we have close by. It's mostly a blessing to be so close to family.

It feels so good to finally get settled! We're not sure what the future holds for us but we know that it will all work out, somehow!
