TGIF?? seriously?

going to turkey tomorrow (side, xanthe & kumkoy) for a week at the beach & resorts, and austria next wk for skiing. no housework for 1 or 2 wks! hurray! :D :D cant wait to get to turkey................ I LOVE BEACHES!!!!!!!! :D

went to my mom's fren's house this morning for brunch and it was actually a regular meet up in her bayer international women's club. lol!! and the things they talk abt were funny & interesting. i actually quite enjoyed myself there even tho they were all adults. the host was really funny and friendly. stayed there for like 4 hours (of chatting) and then went supermarket hopping to get food for mom's bday party on sat (: i also got myself a long sleeve shirt at the newly opened emporium in the town centre of leverkusen.

soccer tonight @ 9pm germany time! yay! no more late night soccer!! and, temperature today was fantastic. around 15-18 degs in the afternoon. awesome.

yes, my blog skin is the perfect description of what i see in germany now. and yes i've just arrived in leverkusen a few hours back. many shitty experiences on the way here and i'm about to share them with you now.

yesterday in singapore, i went to apply for pay as u roam service and they said it takes a few working days to be activated. but some ppl says its just one day.... so i was hoping it works when i get off the plane cos need to contact my mom. anyway at night, i drove to the airport and when i reached, I REALISED I LEFT MY HANDBAG AT HOME (With passport n ticket) then my dad faster drove back home and took it. lucky i wasn't very late. phew! don't know how come i could be so absent minded. first time happen lor. okay then when i got onto the plane... NO SCREENS. haiz. partially expected already cos some lufthansa planes have and some doesn't. i just learnt that boeing ones doesnt, and airbus have. sigh. okay then, it was a pretty okay flight for me cos i fell aslp really quickly except the fact that they kept switching on the lights and tried to serve us meals and i'd wake up cos of that. it was like 2:30am SG time and they expect us to eat dinner.. lol so fast trying to make us tune our body clock to germany's... -_-

anyways, kept slping and waking up non stop. after i got off the plane. i rem mom told me to go get my baggage before going to train station. so, i went to the belt and waited for VERY long but i see no baggages from singapore. got so pissed and i asked someone from the lufthansa counter. she asked me to wait den duno do wad but waste my time, then finally assisted my qn. and she saw my ticket and told me that i have to take the long distance train and told me to get out of that place. so i pushed the trolley out and i asked another random person. he told me to go upstairs. so i went up and i didnt know where the station was. i asked ANOTHER guy from a lufthansa counter and he told me to go across the building, and also collect my baggage there. so i ran (left 10 mins before my train) to the stupid station and it was pretty far, and i got a little lost but still managed to find my way. finally i entered this place called baggage claim, and he requested to see my ticket before letting me in. i hurriedly hunted for my tickets from my bag and grabbed my items and left. 20.6KGs mind u. excluding my handbag and laptop. so i dragged everything and ran towards my platform number. but when i reached there, i saw no train, no ppl, and no words on the board. WTF. and the clocked showed 7:11am when my train was suppose to leave at 7:09am. I WAS 2 BLOODY MINUTES LATE. so i went all the way back to the frankfurt main airport building and changed my ticket. i also borrowed the phone @ the counter to contact my mom (who just left home to pick me but had to go back home) COS MY BLOODY ROAMING SERVICE WAS NOT ACTIVATED YET. AND to my horror, that counter lady told me that the next train that wasn't fully booked to cologne (koln) was at 12:09pm. OMG 5 hours of wait. i had no choice but to accept it. so i went to some food area and bought a bottle of water + a muffin and sat someplace else to sit relax eat and watch shows on my ipod. thank God for my entertainment on hand.

thats basically it. the long and annoying trip.

P.s. my right arm is aching badly from all the dragging of items around, to and fro in the airport. and my legs too :( and its very cold in here but no snow. boo to the weather.
