Christmas Day

Merry Christmas! I awoke with a cat near my feet. 

We fished the hammock out of the pool. We opened presents after 10am. I got a vibrating plate. Lunch brunch at 1pmish.

Watched one home video from Amy. Now watching Muppets Christmas Carol, then live action Grinch.

 Unpacking, dinner at Chick-fil-A, no luminaries this year with the wind, kids went to Dollar Tree and parents wrapped, Christmas specials, Luke 2 and cookies

Christmas Eve Morning

Dec 24... Waking up, breakfast, checking out, UC Santa Cruz (banana slugs are the mascot 😄), driving home, and later Christmas Eve plans (Chick-fil-A, falalitos).

A few days with family in Santa Cruz. Great way to kick off our Christmas break, staying in a place we haven't been before. We enjoyed the Mystery Spot, redwoods, banana slugs, the beach, the wharf, and the Boardwalk, and staying a 3-minute walk away 😄

And this morning I'm reminded that 15 years ago this morning we received news that Ross's mother had passed away.

Christmas Adam

Dec 23... Last year we were in Disneyland. Today we're in Santa Cruz visiting Natural Bridge State Park, the beach, the wharf and the Boardwalk. We saw a Lego display in a market window on the walk home, a block from our motel. We watched Home Alone 1&2 again
