Two Little Hensons

Friday morning we decided to go to the zoo.  What a great decision!  We had a great time.  The babies were awake and happy the whole time…no crying…and they stayed in their strollers!  Here are some pictures from our trip.  We can’t wait to go back. [Oh, and the last picture is of Charlie.  When we got home, they were so hot and yucky that I gave them a bath.  Charlie was practicing standing while waiting for his bath. 🙂 ]

Aunt Bekah came to visit from Texas and boy were we busy!  Last Monday we went to play with Maddie.  We also met Miss Christie for the first time.  Maddie and the twins are 2 days apart so they will be in the same grade.  Maddie and Charlie were checking out each other.  Then they were watching Baby Einstein.  This was Charlie’s first time in a Bumbo.  Monday night we went to watch Daddy and the other guys in our Sunday School class play softball (and we got to see Mrs. Elizabeth which is always fun).  Check out this site to see more pictures and learn about our Sunday School class. 

Tuesday we went to Meme’s house.  We got to see my cousins Carl, Carrie, and Sarah.  Erin couldn’t make it, so Meme brought her by later in the week.  (**My grandmother has a picture of me on her dresser playing on that same blanket.  Neat huh?**)

Wednesday we had dinner with Nana and Grandpa.  Charlie and Grandpa were reading…check out the magazine.

Thursday Aunt Bekah came by and we went to lunch with Aunt Melanie.  She is in the marching band at LHS and they had practice.  We got to visit some of the people at Mommy’s work also.   Before we went to lunch, Aunt Bekah and Anna Claire were reading and playing with flowers.

That evening we suprised Aunt Bekah with an early birthday dinner.  Papa took Anna Claire and Charlie for their first rides on the 4-wheeler.  Mommy and Daddy were a little nervous, but they enjoyed it!
