Our babies turned SEVEN on the SEVENTH of March! Wow. Time really does fly! Devin and I are LOVING this age. Anna Claire and Charlie are so much fun!
Anna Claire/Banana Bear…this sweet princess is our little artist, great reader & loves school, wonderful helper at home, gymnast, has a major sweet tooth, organizer/collector of random things, stuffed animal lover, acts like her Momma but is a Daddy’s girl, hard worker, likes Shopkins, nail polish, and Taylor Swift music, favorite show is Jessie, loves baths and staying up late…
Charlie-man/Buddy Bear…this precious boy is our little scientist, loves basketball, is good at math, a Lego builder, Minecraft player, sword fighting, Star Wars loving, compassionate boy. Likes playing outside with Nerf guns, needs his sleep, meat loving, apple eating, snaggle-tooth. Likes Jackson 5 music, favorite shows are Kickin It and Scooby Doo, and reading his Rocket Raccoon and Groot books with mommy. His interest are just like his Daddy’s but he’s a Momma’s boy!
We had so much fun celebrating their birthday this year! We started early with Aunt Spencer and Uncle Brandon…dinner at Moes and then icecream at Coldstone on Thursday!
On Friday, Aunt Melanie picked them up from school, took them to Menchies and then to Virginia Hylton park!
Saturday we had family over for lunch. I say this all the time, but we are so incredibly blessed to have so much family so close. We even got to FaceTime Aunt Bekah and her kiddos too! That night we took the kids out to dinner at Olive Garden.

Sunday was the day for their friend parties. AC and some friends headed to Empire Gymnastics for some fun in the gym and Charlie and some buddies headed to Frankies Fun Park for laser tag, go carts, and arcade fun! The kids had a blast and we are so thankful for fun friends!

That night we had to keep up with our tradition of putting balloons in their rooms. Here are a couple dark pictures…I didn’t want to wake them.
Monday was their actual birthday! They got to be on the WOGE news show at their school leading the pledge and we also took sweet treats to their class during lunch.
That evening they got presents from Mommy and Daddy (which was a trip to Atlanta over spring break…pictures to come later) and dinner at Grouchos!
Their friend Hannah was sick during AC’s party, so she and her brother came over to play one day after school that week.
The Bonesteels were sick and Granny had something at her church the day of their party so we got to celebrate with them the next weekend(while we were at the lake house for Grandpa and Uncle Brandon’s birthdays!) Whew! Lots of celebrating going on! 🙂
Happy Birthday Anna Claire and Charlie! We love you!!
