We had no plans the weekend after thanksgiving, so we packed up the camper and headed out of town for a long weekend. We hiked (the hardest hike ever!), relaxed by the fire, read, panned for treasure, napped, ate good food, and enjoyed time together. It was an AMAZING time away! (Just so I will remember in the future…this was a trip to Travelers Rest, SC. We stayed at the most amazing KOA. We explored creeks near the campground, hiked Caesar’s Head and Bald Rock the first day then had an awesome dinner at farmhouse tacos then came back and had smores and told ghost stories. Day 2 we hiked falls creek falls. Whew! Day 3 we hiked at Greenville wayside park.)
And just for the memory books, here are a few pictures I left off of a previous post. Running for school board was so much fun! I am truly thankful for all the support. 🙂
