Upload the whole bt-captcha directory into your WordPress plugins directory.

Activate the plugin on your WordPress plugins page
3.Persian bloggers don’t need to make any changes but
other bloggers can find font name in line 123 and change
the Fa to En to show the english numbers.
Uninstalling:
- Deactivate the plugin on the plugins page of your blog dashboard
