Attending Jo's Baby Shower

Attending my sister's shower via skype was definitely a highlight of my week. I wasn't sure how it would work, but odd as it may seem, I really felt like I was a part of things and it incredibly really special.

These are actually the largest jack-o-lantern type pumpkins we could find and Ella immediately decided that she wanted green. I had tried to time it so Adelaide could join us but she reckoned she would rather nap and join us next year. We missed you, Bullion Fam!

A Sweet Kiss

Ella kisses and hugs on Adelaide all day long. Adelaide loves the attention and snuggles! Yesterday Ella walked over and said, "I love you, Adelaide," and gave her a big kiss. She is also often the first person to respond to Adelaide's cries. She'll run over and say, "It's okay, Adelaide," and offer her lovey or a toy to help her feel better.

Can't thank my friend Bethany enough for sending these adorable outfits to us! These are the first pictures I got of Adelaide smiling. She smiles a lot but its always hard to capture a baby smile on film.

Our Local Pumpkin Patch...

I've only seen little pumpkins (at least the jack-o-lantern type) here, but they'll still work! Ella really wanted a green one.
