Our Founder's Journey
Growing up in a small town in South Carolina as the oldest of 5, our founder was starstruck by the college athletes who came back to her club. In 2020, she achieved her childhood dream of swimming in college at the University of Illinois.
When the new Name, Image and Likeness bill hit in 2021, she quickly realized there was a gap in the market for all athletes to impact and create opportunity for the next generation. As someone from a traditionally non-revenue sport, she knew athletes needed a platform that allowed them to earn money, on their own time, while uplifting and inspiring their communities.
So she launched Top Tier Lessons, a NIL marketplace that matches college athletes with parents looking for sports lessons, camps and clinics for their children.
