The Student Vibecoding Hackathon by ISM is a five-day, in-person, beginner-friendly sprint where ISM students and friends turn ideas into functional web app prototypes. What makes this hackathon special is its focus on no-code/low-code platforms, AI-powered design tools, and startup-style teamwork—so you don’t need to be a programmer to build something impactful.

Over the course of the week, you’ll:

The sprint culminates in Demo Day, where every team presents their MVP to judges, peers, and mentors. It’s your chance to show what you’ve built, get feedback, and take the first step toward turning your project into a real startup.
Requirements
What to Build
We’re looking for digital products that are:
• New and exciting: something you and your team are genuinely interested in.
• A good team fit: aligned with your skills, passions, and ambitions.
• Viable as a startup: ideas with the potential to generate value, revenue, or impact.
• More than a weekend project: we want you to be motivated to keep working on it beyond the hackathon.
This isn’t just about building an MVP—it’s about taking the first step toward launching a real product. Our mentors will be available during and after the hackathon to support teams that want to continue developing their projects into growing startups.
What to Submit
On Devpost, each team must provide:
1. Link to your deployed MVP (so others can try it).
2. Pitch video (max 3 minutes) explaining the problem, solution, and demo. Screen studio is giving everyone free access to their video tools.
3. Pitch slides (deck) used to present your idea on Demo Day.
4. Written project description including:
- Problem statement
- Solution overview
- Tools & technologies used
- Why it could grow into a valuable or profitable startup
Important: SELECT teams will also deliver a live, in-person presentation on Demo Day (maximum 3 minutes), including either a live demo of your MVP or a pre-recorded demo video/ photos that show your app + 2 minutes for Q&A.

Awarded for the most innovative and inspiring use of flight data that aims to solve some of the biggest pain points and challenges in travel and aviation, or demonstrates how the future of travel could look.
Best Vibecoding Project by Lovable
The team that creates the most impressive project using Lovable, will receive 3-month subscription of Lovable.
If a team using Lovable is already in the top 3, this award goes to the next best Lovable-built project.
Best AI Wrapper by Supercorp
The team that creates the most impressive AI wrapper (you can leverage Superinterface or Supermachine, but it is not required to get this award) will receive a 1-year subscription of Superinterface and Supermachine & 500 WLD!
Best Financial Innovation by StockInvest
The teams that showcase financial innovation will receive a 12-month individual subscription to StockInvest services.

Is the interface clear, usable, and visually appealing? Does the design strengthen the value proposition? -
Pitch & Presentation
How clear, engaging, and convincing was the pitch? Did the team communicate both the problem and the opportunity effectively?
