FAQs

Please read these FAQs before contacting us.

This usually happens because of your hosting provider’s server configuration. Some servers block embedded scripts or iframes by default.

👉 Next steps:

  1. Check your hosting setup:
Visit this page for details on alternative setup options that work with your hosting environment.

  2. Temporarily disable optimization plugins:
If the page is constantly refreshing, try disabling any caching, optimization, or script-deferring plugins while setting up your events. These can prevent the iframe from loading properly.

  3. Re-enable your plugins after setup:
Once your events are created and the selector has loaded correctly, you can turn your optimization plugins back on.

If the issue continues after that, contact us and we’ll try to verify your setup directly, however our support does not set up conversion tracking for customers currently, you’d need to hire a site expert or a developer if you’re not sure how to do it.

  1. Go to the All Sites page.

  2. Select the site(s) you want to update.

  3. Click the three dots (⋮) next to the site name and choose Email Reports.

  4. To update multiple sites at once:

    • Select all the sites you want to change.

    • Click Bulk ActionsEmail Frequency.

From there, you can turn off reports or adjust how often you receive them.

Try these steps to confirm your tracker is working:

  1. Test in incognito mode – Open your site in an incognito/private browser window and check the Visitors page to see if your visit appears.

  2. Wait a few minutes – If you just added the tracking code, give it about 5 minutes for the system to fully register your site.

  3. Check your tracking code – Make sure you’ve copied the code exactly as provided. Some plugins that automatically change the script and can unintentionally modify the code, preventing it from working.

  4. Check for script blockers – Security or optimization plugins may block third-party scripts. Temporarily disable them or whitelist the tracker to confirm.

  5. Try clearing your website cache – You may need to try this if your website is loading a cached version that doesn’t include the script.

If it still doesn’t appear after those steps, let us know and we’ll take a closer look for you.

Here’s how to add additional users, change your primary email, and select which sites users have access to.
  1. Navigate to User Management: Click your name in the top right corner of the screen, then select “My Plan”. Proceed to the “Additional Users” tab.
  2. Add New User: Enter the details to invite a new user to your account.
  3. Change Primary Email (Optional): If you want this new user to be the main contact, locate their name after they are added and click the green arrow icon. Hovering over it will show “Make Primary”.
  4. Manage Site Permissions (Optional): To control which websites a user has access to, click your name in the top right corner of the screen, then select “User Permissions”. From there, click “Edit Permissions” and you can specify which sites they have access to.

No and you do not need to require your visitors to accept a cookie banner in order to use it.

You may have already redeemed it! Try going to your “My Plan” page from the dropdown in the right corner, clear your browser cache, and refresh the page. It should now tell you the proper amount of pageviews/month that you have in your account.

Many times this is because you created an account but did not redeem your redemption code within the tool.

To redeem it, click your name the top right corner of the screen and click “Redeem Code”

After that, please give your browser a hard refresh and you should be good to go!
