Awesome quote!
Donna just sent me this quote. I thought it was so great. It gave me chills! I think I need to post this somewhere that I see it every morning....
President Eyring:
"I am a part of the fellowship of the unashamed. The dye has been cast. I have stepped over the line. The decision has been made. I am a disciple of Jesus Christ. I won't look back, let up, slow down, or be still. My past is redeemed. My presence makes sense, and my future is secure. I am finished and done with low living, small planning, smooth knees, colorless dreams, tamed vision, worldly talking, cheap giving, and dwarfed goals. I no longer need pre-eminence positions, promotions, plaudits, or popularity. I don't have to be right, first, recognized, praised, regarded, or rewarded. I now live by faith, lean on His presence, walk with patience, am uplifted by prayer, and labor with power. My face is set, my gait is fast, my goal is Heaven. My road is narrow, my way is rough, my companions few. My guide is reliable, my mission is clear. I cannot be bought, compromised, detoured, lured away, divided, or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of adversity, negotiate at the table of the enemy, ponder at the pool of popularity, or meander in the maze of mediocrity. I won't give up, shut up, or let up until I have stayed up, stored up, and paid up for the cause of Christ. I must go until He comes, give until I drop, preach until all know. And when He returns for his own, he will have no problem recognizing me. My banner will be clear"

This little girl.....
is 6!!!!! (a week ago =)
Where did the time go?! She is such a huge blessing to us. We cherish every minute we have with her. I know that the last 6 years has just flown by so I can only imagine what the next 6 years will hold!
(lunch with her friends, Sophie and Preslie)
She is practically perfect in every way! We never have to yell at her. You tell her once and she gets it.
(princess spa day with Morgan, Preslie and Sohpie)
She is soooo super smart! She is reading WAY past her grade level. Like so far, we are taking some time off of reading so she isn't so bored next year. It's so fun to see her write letters to people with no help.
(they got facials, massages and a pedicure! Loved it)
She is the biggest helper and loves her brother so much! She loves to hug him when he is crying (when he is in trouble!) and comfort him.
(We had yummy cupcakes and opened presents at a darling cupcake shop in Kaysville! Thanks girls for the awesome presents =)
She is always doing little things for people. She love to write notes and leave them on doorsteps telling people how great (or grate as she spells it) she thinks they are. But never writes her name! Totally the sweetest little girl I know
(gumball machine and gumballs! She loved it)
She is Christ-like. To her there is right and wrong. No gray areas. I love that she is so strong in her beliefs and I love to hear her pray at dinner or at night time. I hope she always has this strong testimony! She is already an example to me! She reminds us it's time to read scriptures and pray.
(her birthday present that Ty and Oli are riding)
She melts my heart with her kindness and love for everything and everyone. She is so soft hearted and just loves with everything in her!
(the cake. We celebrated Olivier, Rich, Tressa, Lexi and Philips birthday!)
I am so blessed to have such an amazing daughter that teaches me to love and strive to be a better person!
(Tressa and Ty reading a story!)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY BABY GIRL!!! We love you more than you could ever imagine!

April
April was more dance (yes it's finally over NOW), soccer started again and we went to Moab for a fast family trip! The other exciting new of the month is...
I GOT A JOB!!! And it's so fabulous! I get to stay at home and work. I don't have to talk to ANYONE! It's all done over the Internet and I love it! It's with Nationwide insurance doing pricing for claims. I love it so far and I have made really good money. It's so great to get to stay home but work 2-3 hours a day and help with the finances! It's so low stress and I can take off time anytime with no hassle! So, I added some more things to my plate and feel over worked right now, but I am starting to find a balance and know that this is a HUGE blessing to us! It will be worth it in the end when we have no more debt =) Someday!
Also.... there really aren't many pics from this month since they are all on my old laptop and it's to slow to work with. SO this is what we have =)
Lexi and Morgan the first day back to soccer!
Daddy and his kiddos
Me and my babies!
So cute
My cutie girl!
My silly little man!
We had the yummiest BBQ that night!
Swim time!
We had a rough night with this little guy. Not sure what his deal was but he really didn't want to sleep! This was in the morning. He slept really well while we sat there being tired!
Not sure why they are doing this... but Delicate arch is in the background! There was to much to do so we just did the scenic loop for this one! It was still really pretty!
The right way to hike around!
Double arch
Balanced rock.
It was a fabulous trip! I sure do love my family!

I did it again!
I've let another quarter of the year pass by with no post! When it's put that way it sounds so bad =)... Well here's to catching up.... I will try to keep it short and sweet and do better from here on out, but make no promises.
February was a cold month. That's about all I remember and the fact that Ty and I went on a field trip on a big yellow bus to the zoo. In the frosty air. It was no fun and I didn't even take any pics. It was that cold =)
I did manage to take a couple of photos of Lexi and I going ice skating on a girl's night out. She did so great. Have I ever mentioned that she is good at EVERYTHING?! No, really. She is. It's amazing to us.
March was full of dance (practice and competition), birthdays (Jim's and mine) and lots of fun family time.
Ty sleeping by Daddy.
Happy St. Patrick's day!
Just had to add this random one of my Lou bug. She is growing up so fast. =( I love her so much!
This happens often at our house. We put the kids into bed. We go watch a show. Come back up to tuck them in for the night and find that Ty has sneaked into Lexi's bed. Melts the heart to know that they love each other. Even tho they fight more often than not!
Oh my. He melts my heart. He has become the cutest boy around! He has come out of his shell and now plays with everyone (HUGE for this kid=). We love him sooo much!
Here's some actions shots Anna (niece) took of Lexi at the competition.
Ready for Hip hop... all the single ladies, chipmunk version =)Cuteness!
Next post.... April!

Me. Snowboarding. Not very cute.
The view!
The whole awesome gang.
It was such a great get-a-way with friends! We have the BEST friends ever.

Oh MY WORD!
I just did like 9 post in one sitting! But I am finally caught up and now I feel like can start blogging without being behind! We have been so busy but life isn't getting slower, I'm just getting use to being on full speed. Here are a few random pics of other happenings. Wahoo. This feels good =)
I made Mom and Dad quilts for Christmas/birthdays this year. They were to much work to count for one holiday!
Dad's quilt
He loves it =)
Mom's quilt
My favorite square. The Liberty bell
Dad's birthday dinner. Him with 2 of his girls. (He has 10 little girls now)
We made him ride the bull.
New Years Eve
Ty's freezing cold field trip to the zoo. Oh, the thing we do, for the little ones we LOVE.
So there we have it. That's what we have been doing for the past 3 months. Tonight is dinner for Mom's birthday (early since we will be out of town). I'm sure there will be some fun with that =) Love ya all!
