Happy 2nd birthday to our little peanut!

You are little...but you are mighty! You are a sweet girl who keeps us on our toes. You have quite the vocabulary & are quick to let us know your opinion. You love hugs, kisses, fives & 'pound-its'. You love "Yayton", "Bubby" & "Hofie" very much. You love to dance & sing & play with your babies (all named Hofie). You love the water & being outside...and get very grumpy if you don't get to do those things when your brothers do!

We love the spice you add to our lives - you are a keeper!

Movin' on up

Sophie has been sleeping in our closet in her bassinet...but is running out of room.

I'm not quite ready to move her in with Zoe, so she is graduating to the pack-n-play for now. I think she enjoys the extra space!

It's HOT!

And when it's hot...water is the way to go.

We've been swimming at Nonny & Poppa's - it's ESPECIALLY fun when they are there and swim with us :)






And we've been doing a lot of water activities in our yard...

Big Weekend

May 27
We celebrated Leighton's 4th birthday with mommy's side of the family. The boys made a Happy Birthday Banner to hang up. Brecken wrote the letters & Leighton helped tape them on the string.

May 28
My parents celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary.

And Sophie turned 3 months old...

May 29
Leighton's actual birthday. He was so excited when he woke up & remembered that he was 4! Here's the little guy at just a few days old.

We celebrated with daddy's family. Leighton requested a cookout...and we ended the evening with the tradition of smearing butter on the birthday boy's nose...so he can slide through another year :)
