Once everyone joins, Where2Meet's AI analyzes all locations and instantly recommends fair meeting spots with distances, travel times, and nearby facilities. From there, participants vote on the options they like, giving the group a quick read on the favorites. Finally, the event creator reviews the votes, locks in the winning location, and shares the confirmed plan. The entire process takes just minutes!
Do guests need an account to use Where2Meet?

What happens to my data if I clear my browser cache?
Where2Meet uses browser localStorage for simplicity and speed—no account or server login needed. Your local participation history is stored on your device. If you clear your browser cache, disable cookies, open Where2Meet in private/incognito mode, or switch to a different browser, your event history will be lost.
Is Where2Meet fully hardened for every edge case?
Where2Meet is intentionally a free, lightweight, and casual helper for picking a meetup spot with friends. We cover the main flows thoroughly, but advanced edge cases or heavy concurrent edits may occasionally slip through.
