Ducks!!

Last week we had a day that got into the 50's so we decided to take advantage of the 'warmth' and go for a walk to the duck pond that is near our house.

 Come here duckies!

 Reece and Jocey loved throwing bread for the ducks to eat.

 And I think the ducks liked the treat and the attention I doubt they get many visitors in February.

 It was a fun little walk and we got home right before the wind and cold rolled back in.

We definitely have spring fever and can't wait to go to the duck pond a lot when it finally stays warm.

Landon's B-day Party

For Landon's first birthday we decided to give him a Utah Jazz themed party.

So we served 'concessions' and everything was blue and yellow.

It was a lot of fun to have everyone over to watch the game and cheer on the Jazz as well as celebrate Landon's birthday.

Landon Boy is 1!

Today my baby boy turns 1!! I can't believe he is growing up so fast. He is the sweetest happiest baby I know. His sweet laughter and huge dimpled smile will melt your heart and make you instantly fall in love with him. He has been such a blessing in our home and I could not imagine life without him!

Christmas 2010

I thought I would share a few pictures from our Christmas. The kids loved all of their toys and of course all of the wrapping paper and boxes.

Rocking Chair Before & After

This is a rocking chair that I picked up at the DI for $20

And after a few cans of spray paint,
some new fabric, and a whole lot of TLC this is what I have now:

Didn't she turn out pretty?

 I also added an extra layer of batting to the original pad so it is super comfy!

I think it turned out perfect for Jocey's room.

October Pictures

In October we had my amazing friend Tammy take Jocey's 2 year old pictures.

Which was asking a lot considering we couldn't get her to smile in any pictures for us.

I was so worried that we wouldn't get any good ones but I put my faith and trust in Tammy and this is what we got! 

 I think they turned out GREAT! Seriously I was so happy when I saw them.

Of course we couldn't pass up the opportunity to get some cute ones of Landon.

We were even lucky enough to get some cute ones of my 2 babies together.
