Arriving Reykjavik

It's time for traveling~ I've been planning to visit Iceland last December but didn't make it coz it's too expensive and no one to go with. Those online offer always require people to travel in pair... luckily I manage to get Bruce to come along. We got a pretty good deal through Icelandair package, flight + hotel (with breakfast) + one tour costs us 300 pounds for 3 nights stay. It snowed in Nottingham on the day of our departure.

Catching the train to London:

2 hours train ride to London, and another hour underground tube to Heathrow airport. What a long ride, next time I would prefer to catch a direct bus down to Heathrow airport from Nottingham, at least I can sleep through the whole way. The flight from London to Iceland took us 3 hours, thank God they have screen in every seat, movie time!

Flying with Icelandair:

Arrive safely at Keflavik airport, and another hour of bus ride to arrive at Cabin Hotel in Reykjavik. It's almost 8 hours of traveling through train, bus and flight, but we're glad that we're finally here at our destination. The room ain't big, but it's enough for 2 of us, and the heating is so good. Gonna grab some rest as we're heading out early the next day =_=

Checking in Cabin Hotel at 1 am midnight:

Thank You Lord for blessing us journey mercy that we manage to get on every public transport on time. Pray that it's gonna be a good trip and wonderful time of relaxation for the next 3 days ahead, Amen!
