It's been too long

It has been so l0ng since I posted to the blog I forgot I had it. A lot has happenend in our family. In May Keith and Mandy and kids moved back to Canada. In August Chris and Jen got married. My Dad passed away in Sepember. Mandy and Keith had baby Jordyn. In November Drew and Marty had baby Phoenix, In december Robyn and Mat had baby Cohen . In February Nicki and Geoff had baby Cooper. In February I started working part time in Lethbridge and coming back on weekends. We sold our house and are now house hunting in Lethbridge. It's been quite an emotional time for me.
I have been busy doing my Vinyl business to keep me distracted. I really enjoy being creative. If it paid enough I do it and not work outside. Oh well maybe someday. Because Tom still works two days in Medicine Hat I will still do vinyl for my Medicine Hat customers.
We were able to go away in January to Mexico and had a fabulous time. We saw lots and relaxed lots ( I read 5 books and watched movies at night ) and learned a little Spanish and of course ate a lot of good food. Tom is doing a home Spanish course and trying it out on all of us. I should learn it with him. Maybe when we are a little more settled.
I will post some pictures of all the new grandbabies. We now have 13 grandchildren.

These photos were taken September 27, 2008 after my dad's funeral at Archmount cemetary. It was a beautiful day. There was a piper playing in the backgroudnnd. I think the funeral was perfect and that dad would have been happy with it. Lots of music that he loved and happy memories.

We spent one day out at the Echo Dale Farm. There was a ward breakfast. Tyler is pretty timid around the animals. He did not want to touch any of them. His favorite was the horses as long as they were a safe distance or one of us was holding him.

Mexican Cruise

We took a cruise in February to the Mexico which included Los Cabos, Acapolco, Peurto Viarta, Ixtapa. Of course it was too short but we sure enjoyed ourselves We did a lot of relaxing and eating.
