• As an Agent, I would like to extend the time I have to finish a Reply before the form field is cleared, so I can better serve our customers and not have to reenter my reply.

    When an agent starts a reply to a ticket, it doesn’t hold text entered for very long. e.g. If you start a reply and then come back in X minutes to finish it, when you click Submit Reply it completely clears the form and you lose your entered text. I have not figured out the exact expiration time yet.
