Conversion API doesn’t work

    Sorry to be another person asking about this again but CAPI really doesn’t work. All my events are still sending from the browser, none from the server. I have my pixel set up with GTM and just need the server side events from this plugin.

    I’ve reconnected multiple times, disconnected using the debug tool and it still doesn’t work. The plugin setup is so simple/straightforward that there’s no way to mess it up.

    As you can see from this screenshot GTM is sending events with a consistent eventID not only are the events from this plugin only browser, it doesn’t record everything and the event id’s aren’t even the same.

    No idea what I’m missing here

    Hi, thank you for reaching out!

    Multiple event tracking setups could be causing issues with the tracking. 

    We also noticed that you are using the Complianz plugin, which could prevent some Facebook for WooCommerce scripts from running, and therefore blocking the event tracking.

    Could you try temporarily disabling the Complianz plugin and re-testing the events? Also, please make sure that the Hummingbird Pro plugins isn’t blocking any scripts or resources.

    I deactivated complianz as well as hummingbird (i also added facebook to the script exclusion list). But its still all browser events with inconsistent eventid’s. https://prnt.sc/IaI4i2eyaAFO I’m giving up though so I’ll just mark as resolved. I’ll eventually set up server events with GTM since I have a great browser set up with it already.
