    Hello, we have the following problem: Since August 27th, only a few hits have been displayed on our website. There’s no reason for this. Other statistics don’t reflect the reduction. Which statistic is correct now?

    Hello @fschacht,

    I noticed you are serving our tracking script through a plugin called something like “Nitro”. On your homepage, it is serving the correct version. However, on all the other pages of your site it seems to be serving an outdated version of the script.

    You can fix this by either clearing your Nitro cache. I would also suggest excluding our script from Nitro to prevent this from breaking things in the future. Otherwise you will have to make sure you are clearing your Nitro cache on every plugin update.
