Hello!
You have installed version 2.*, in which problems were found and we rolled back to version 1.9.11. Please rollback to LuckyWP Table of Contents 1.9.11 version on your site.
If you have little time – please write us to [email protected] for help us find and fix problem in new version.
Had the same problem on http://blog.dateid.me. Glad the rollback worked. That was a very nasty bug!

Hello! Can you try version 2.0.2? In this version problem should be solved.
On this page: https://wordpress.org/plugins/luckywp-table-of-contents/advanced/ in bottom you can download this version.
I’m also having the same issue on all of my pages.
See here, for example: https://www.masculinedevelopment.com/tips-to-get-jacked/
The letter “” randomly appears.
If I uninstall it, and install the roll back version, will this delete the plugin data, meaning I have to go back and manually put the tables of content in again?
Thanks,
-Jon

Hello @jon1337 !
Replace plugin version manually:
1) Download plugin archive from wp.org
2) Upload the folder luckywp-table-of-contents to a directory is /wp-content/plugins/.
All table of contents on your site will be saved.
