    I try to delete but i can’t
    i just can desactivate , but not delete.

    why ?

    how can i delete de plugin

    Hi,

    In order to delete the plugin, please follow the steps:
    – deactivate it
    – chose the “inactive” tab. There should be listed Site Search 360 and should appear option “delete”

    I try all the way to delete fron WP but it doesn’t work !!
    there is a red notification : ” Deletion failed: ”

    i try to delete from the tabs of phpmyadmin but i can’t find the lines concerning this plugin

    Hi @vinzou – sorry for the inconvenience, what version of the WP plugin are you using? Do you have any other details on the error message, or does it only say “Deletion failed”? I will look into this.

    I try on an other website of mine that i use only for trial, it’s the same issue

    Can you try updating to the latest version (1.1.27), I’ve just deployed an update that might fix it. Can you uninstall other plugins without any issues?
