Before doing so, we recommend performing the following checks:
1. Clear Caches
Ensure that all caches are cleared, including:
- Server cache
- WordPress (optimization plugin) cache
- CDN cache
- Browser cache
Also, try replicating the issue in an incognito/private browser mode.
2. Version Check
Make sure you are using the latest versions of:
- WordPress
- WP Social plugins
Outdated versions may lead to compatibility issues.
3. Plugin Conflict Test
Check for any plugin conflicts by following these steps:
- Deactivate all plugins except WP Social.
- Test to see if the issue persists.
- If the issue is resolved, reactivate the plugins one by one, testing after each activation, to identify the conflicting plugin.
