Manege section is blank

Using the most recent version of the plugin, WP, and PHP 7.4. When I go in to manage connections, they aren’t visible. It says “Displaying 0 of entries,” but also does show the number in All, Approved, Moderate. I tried clicking into all of those tabs, but everything is still blank. I did update to PHP 8.2, but then the page hosting the connections on the front end goes blank.
