MxChat Agent Deployment is not showing up in Transcripts even though reported as deployed. Have tested with:

    • Cloudflare off and on and all caches cleared
    • using shortcode [mxchat_chatbot floating=”yes”] in page
    • using Append to body
    • Require Email To Chat turned off

    Hi @nikkers ,

I’ve reviewed the logs and made significant improvements to how our chatbot tester interacts with websites. However, I can now see that your site is specifically blocking our requests through Cloudflare’s bot protection.

The logs show our requests being met with Cloudflare’s “Just a moment…” challenge page, which is their automated bot detection system at work.

You mentioned previously disabling Cloudflare for testing. Has it been re-enabled since then? If so, could you please:

    1. Disable Cloudflare protection again
    2. Clear any caches
    3. Try the test one more time

The enhancements I’ve made should work much better with Cloudflare disabled, as they now appear more like a regular browser session.

    Thanks for your help!

Yes – it is Cloudflare blocking the AI testing bot. I turned off:
Security > Bot Fight Mode and Block AI Bots and the test showed in “Transcripts” – even with the Cloudflare cache still turned on. So for testing the MxChat AI I now know to turn this feature off unless you have other recommendation.

Great plugin and very fast helpful support thank you.
