Here’s link to another support forum thread and post which has the fix.

Apologies for the trouble! I do hope this helps!

I tried this fix and it didn’t work. Our site is still showing this module with a critical error.

Odd, the link was in my post… or I could have sworn it was. My Apologies, here it is:

Important, this is a plugin file, not a WP file (please do not make changes to any WP files).

    Hi Steven

I tried your link and follow mr Clueless78 description on “how to” as im fairly clueless my self 🙂

Clueless78: It worked, thank you! If anyone is as clueless as me, you can edit this file under Tools / Plug In Editor / Choose Connections Plug In and this path includes/image/editors/class-wp-image-editor-gmagick.php

But to be able to edit in WP as Clueless78 describe I need the “plug in editor” under “tools” in WP to be visual (which is hidden as I understand as default)

So I followed this guide: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W2V7e3_-x-A

I changed the text to “false” as described – But still no “plug in editor” visual in WP under tools as shown in the youtube :-/

Any suggestions how to edit another way? I have access through ftp “just” need a guide to find the folder – includes/image/editors/class-wp-image-editor-gmagick.php

    Thank you 🙂

    Best regards

    Brian

In FTP the path would be:

    /wp-content/plugins/connections/includes/image/editors/class-wp-image-editor-gmagick.php

I do not wish to be cryptic, but I am fairly certain it’s against the support forum rules to provide instructions on how to edit files or advise on taking that action. That’s why I just posted a link to a changeset on GitHub. I do apologise!

I am even more clueless that the previously identified clueless people. I don’t understand what to do. It looks scary. When will you be able to issue a proper update?

Thanks Steven – that worked 🙂

    Worked for Us, thanks everyone!

OK. I put on my big girl pants and did it. It worked. Thanks.

Hello Steven, I’m unfamiliar with coding; do you have a date when will the plugin be updated? Thanks!!

Whew, with a little help from google, i figured it out!!! Thanks!!!
