Option to disable shortcoder comment in output

First of all thank you for creating such a wonderful plugin.
Unfortunately I ran into a small problem using it: I use it it to create hidden forms in little chunks and the output adds to the complete form. Now when there is extra output like the comment in between a html field it breaks the functionality.
For my site I just deleted the extra output, but of course that is not update proof.
So it would be nice if the “Start shortcoder” and “End Shortcoder” comment could be disabled on a per shortcode basis to circumvent this problem.
