    The email address the person receives the conformation email from is “[email protected]”. Is it possible for the confirmation email to be sent to the petition signer using a different email address?

    Hi @mwfe! This is possible with the Mailjet integration. You will need to set up SPF/DKIM records in your DNS and creating a custom template for the confirmation email. Feel free to use the support form in your Civist Dashboard to contact us for more details. Have a great day!

    Hi. I cannot use Mailjet. It’s limited to 200 mails/day, we don’t use it.

    Can you propose to take a picture, or a distance link to a picture to embeded look like : < i m g src=”www.mysite.be/wp-content/upload/…” /> into the mail.

    Hi @alain-t I am sorry but custom email templates are currently only possible with a Mailjet account. Civist integrates with two more ESPs (in beta or as part of our Flexible Plan). Please contact us through the Support Form in your Civist Dashboard to discuss the details. See you there!
