• Send makes it super easy to get started, but that’s where it stops. We tried connecting to woocommerce, it failed on connecting, then the beautiful Woocommerce templates disappeared and left me with a different GUI for workflows.

    The ‘dynamic’ lists are ‘coming soon’. So users must be populated manually. I can’t set my branded email on any workflows (coming soon?). A lot of things would break and I had to build it twice.

    Most of the features are listed as coming soon, but some areas on their support website show documentation of it existing, i.e. SMS, etc. You can’t edit a workflow after launching it. You can’t discard it either. These are coming soon.

    For a production site, this is too early. But I’d say it’ll be one heck of a mailchimp killer down the road.

    I’m sorry you ran into those hiccups. I do want to mention that we are still in Beta, and working hard to a) fix issues our customers experience and b) add more and more stable and easy functionality to meet customers needs & expectations.

    Here’s what’s happening and how we can help:


    1. Dynamic lists

    • Early next week, we’ll be releasing a feature that provides dynamic lists capabilities for the majority of use cases.

    2. WooCommerce connector

    • We are not familiar with any significant issue with connecting WooCommerce to Send. Let’s hop on a call so I can reproduce your store’s error live and re-run it for / with you. You’ll instantly regain access to all WooCommerce templates without waiting.

    3. Branded sender domains

    • Custom “From” address support is already live. We’re not aware of any domain-related limitations, but I’ll happily guide you through the DNS setup step-by-step during our call.

    4. Workflow versioning & rollback

    • This is a relatively big and complex feature, and we are working these days on a lean editing capability together with archiving and duplicating workflows so most use cases I assume you are referring to would be supported & applicable
