I am experiencing a similar issue. The Sendinblue plugin seems to be set up properly and I receive the test email. But emails from Elementor forms (which use wp_mail()) are not being sent.
I also see the email in the WP Mail Logging plugin, and from there I can also send it (via Sendinblue). @sendinbluecustomercare could you help us with this?
Hello @wanderndeluxe @bergjs
Thanks for reaching out.
We are looking into this and I will update you shortly.
Please may I check – are the unsent mails ones in cc?
Thankyou
Hi Sarah823,
thanks for answering. The unsent mails are not in cc (at least in my case).
Best regards
Frank
Same here, the emails are only addressed to one recipient, no-one in CC.
I rolled back to version 3.1.37 of the plugin (and deactivated automatic updates). That solved my problem so far. Could you please keep us updated, which version will solve our problem?
Version 3.1.37 also works for me! Thanks @wanderndeluxe
I’m going through the same problem. Used another plugin to send email via sendinblue and everything works fine, but in the last few days it has stopped.
So I removed the old plugin and installed the sendinblue plugin, but to my surprise it didn’t work either.
No errors in the server log, no errors in the plugin, even the message sent successfully.
But the email doesn’t arrive and it doesn’t show up in the WP plugin’s Statistics and it doesn’t show up in the sendinblue dashboard Statistics on their website either.
Hello @pawatecnologia @bergjs @wanderndeluxe
Thanks for this. Our tech team is investigating.
I will keep you updated.
Thankyou

@pawatecnologia we checked and it seems that you have enabled the SMTP in MailPoet and not with our plugin. See
schreenshot
@bergjs we tested the contact form in question with success (3.1.37).
Also, you can upgrade to 3.1.41.
Let us know if this helps.
Hi @lephenixdelafamille,
I tested version 3.1.41 and it still does not work unfortunately. Went back to 3.1.37 and it works again.

@bergjs I’ll create a task for the QA by our tech team.
Happy Friday and appreciate your help.
Hi @lephenixdelafamille
Same thing here. Had to revert to version 3.1.37 for Elementor contact forms to work properly.
@lephenixdelafamille any update on this? Let me know if I can support somehow by providing logs or access so that your team can investigate …
