Thank you for reporting this! Could you please confirm where you encountered this error, is it appearing in your website’s error_log, or did you find it elsewhere?
Also, were you performing any specific actions in the plugin when the error occurred, or was it simply active?
PHP 8.5 is extremely new, and we haven’t had the opportunity to test compatibility yet. We’ll prioritize fixing this as soon as possible!

Could you please confirm if these WebP images were already uploaded by yourself or were created/converted using our plugin ShortPixel Image Optimizer?
Could you maybe provide us an example WebP image that we could run some tests on?

I’m unable to reproduce this locally so it’s most likely a conflict with an existing plugin. Instead of disabling Sucuri, do you maybe have an option to pause it or pause its security side just so you can see if this helps?
If this still doesn’t help then we may need to check this in more detail once we have temporary admin access, so we’ll probably need to move the discussion to a support ticket for privacy reasons(these forums are public).

Could you please attach an example image here so we can run some tests with it as well?
Alternatively, I would recommend the AI Background Removal feature in ShortPixel Image Optimizer as it is more advanced and refined that the one in EMR, so it should work perfectly fine in such cases!

Could you please confirm if you still encounter the same issue even with Sucuri Security disabled?
I’m asking because we didn’t have anyone else reporting such issues and clicking your URL shows an “Access Denied” message from Sucuri, most likely because I’m supposed to be logged in to see it.

This plugin wasn’t tested with your PHP version yet so that deprecation is normal.
We’ll get this fixed in a future plugin update which will most likely be coming in the following months!
