I tested version 3.1.41 and it still does not work unfortunately. Went back to 3.1.37 and it works again.@sendinbluecustomercare any news here?

Same here, the emails are only addressed to one recipient, no-one in CC.
I also see the email in the WP Mail Logging plugin, and from there I can also send it (via Sendinblue). @sendinbluecustomercare could you help us with this?
I am experiencing a similar issue. The Sendinblue plugin seems to be set up properly and I receive the test email. But emails from Elementor forms (which use wp_mail()) are not being sent.
