Could you clarify whether this is an open forum where others can see what I’m writing and sharing? If so, I would prefer not to post the link to the form here. I hope you understand.

Also, is the form export meant to be in text format only?

Hi Nithin,

Thanks for getting back to me in short time.

I followed your advice and installed the Email Log plugin. After testing the form submission, I can confirm that the log shows two identical emails being sent for a single submission (screenshot attached).

This confirms the duplication issue is happening at the plugin level, not just in the inbox.

Where can I share the export of form with you so you can review the settings in more detail?

I already deactivated the plugin and installed it again, but old backup follows?

The plugin works fine on other website thow
