What is SafetyEasy®?
SafetyEasy® is a pre-validated, cloud-based safety database designed to manage adverse event reporting across clinical and post-marketing phases.
What’s included in a SafetyEasy® Vigilance subscription?
All subscriptions include full access to system features, unlimited users, two major upgrades per year, and dedicated support and technical assistance.
Do we pay for the whole Suite or only what we use?
You only pay for the modules you select. Our modular pricing ensures you invest only in what you need.
Is SafetyEasy® validated?
SafetyEasy® is delivered as a pre-validated safety database. However, each organization is responsible for performing its own validation activities, at minimum documenting how the solution is used within their processes (e.g., QP responsibilities).
Can I customize the system to fit my processes?
Absolutely. SafetyEasy® is fully modular and customizable. You can select only the modules that match your organization’s needs.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on the number of adverse events (cases) processed annually & the number of vigilances selected. You can upgrade your package as your needs grow.
