GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) tools
It is now possible to add additional information to the manufacturer section, including address details and an EU point of contact. We have also introduced a new Specification section on the product add/edit page, allowing you to enter custom specification data using a rich text editor—ideal for product documents and pictograms.

US Tariffs Integration
The Taxes section has been renamed to “Taxes & Tariffs”. From here, you can now set tariffs based on a product’s country of manufacture and the shipping destination.

New: Out of hours support ticket escalation
CubeCart merchants using official CubeCart hosting can now contact us out of business hours by escalating a support ticket. This new procedure is only for domains hosted on our network which are suffering business critical issues such as downtime or unresponsiveness.

CubeCart 6.5.11 - Security Update
CubeCart 6.5.11 has been released which patches four recently discovered security issues. We are thankful to Aditya Saxena for doing so responsibly and for providing clear and detailed proof of concepts for each one.Â

Official CubeCart Hosting now enables merchants to be PCI 4.0 DSS Compliant
We are pleased to announce that official CubeCart hosting undergoes PCI DSS scanning by Qualys, an approved and highly established PCI scanning vendor. This comes at no additional cost to all our new and existing customers.Â
A current vulnerabilities report is now available on request to all our hosted merchants in order to complete Self-Assessment Questionnaire A (SAQ A) which can normally be obtained and completed via your payment provider.
What is a SAQ A?
PCI SAQ A, or Self-Assessment Questionnaire A, is a compliance tool for merchants, specifically those in the e-commerce or mail/telephone order (card-not-present) space, who fully outsource all cardholder data functions to PCI DSS-compliant third parties. This means the merchant doesn't store, process, or transmit cardholder data electronically on their systems or premises, relying entirely on third-party providers.
Since the end of March 2025 simply completing this questionnaire isn't enough to obtain compliance. Full ASV scanning of your hosting network and server software is required by the PCI Security Standards Council. Failure to meet these requirements can result in significant fines or other penalties. Â
